"Back in May 2023 we were referred to Jocelyn Lablanc for real estate in New Brunswick. We had been looking at different houses with property online but we live in Ontario. We had to do everything through the phone or video that Jocelyn had taken for us. We thought that her videos were fantastic. She would note all the good things and talk about bad things that would help alot. We ended up going out to NB for a couple of days for a house inspection from a different agent only because the house was out of Jocelyns area. Put it this way the house was awful needed another $100k work so we backed out of offer and went back to Jocelyn. We also ended up staying for the week to find a house. She took us to this 1 house which was our 7th house we actually looked at and ended up putting an offer on it that was excepted.
